Ingredients
200 g (1 3/4 cups) almond flour or crushed almonds
ΒΌ tsp salt
4 eggs
80 ml (1/3 cup) water
2 tsp baking powder
100 g (1/2 cup) butter
10 g (2 tsp) Splenda (sugar substitute)
2 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees F).

Mix all the ingredients together either by hand or using a mixer. -
Grease a muffin/cupcake pan and evenly divide the mixture. -
Bake for about 25 Minutes.
Notes: These taste amazing! Add sultanas, nuts or anything else to the mixture before baking if you so wish.
