400 g (14 oz) leftover turkey, chopped

100 g  (½ cup) Greek yogurt

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

100 g  (4 oz) celery, chopped

60 g (½ cup) dried cranberries

60 g (½ cup) chopped pecans

Salt & pepper to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Eat it as a sandwich, on crackers, in a wrap or on a salad.
