Ingredients
1 kg (2 lbs) chicken breast, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
20 ml (1 tbsp) Worcestershire Sauce
20 g (1 tbsp) tomato puree
30 g (2 tbsp) cornflour (corn starch for US)
1 tsp. smoked paprika
330 ml (11 fl oz) Irn Bru or Coke (needs to be the full sugar kind)
1/2 tsp. salt
Good few grinds of black pepper
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker. Mix through. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours on low.
