Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) lean (5%) pork mince
1 onion, grated
1 pepper (red or green), finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
50 ml (2 fl oz) milk
2 tbsp BBQ seasoning
25 g (2 tbsp) oats
1 egg
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360℉).

Mix all of the ingredients for the meatloaf (except the tomato ketchup and BBQ sauce) in a bowl and use your hands to get it all thoroughly combined. -
Grease a bread pan with some butter and empty the mixture into it. -
Top the meat loaf with the bbq sauce and ketchup then place into the oven for around 45 minutes. -
Serve.
