Ingredients
1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken breast, cubed
30 g (1/4 cup) corn flour
150 ml (5 fl oz) chicken stock
1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
1 tbsp rice wine
50 ml (1 fl oz) reduced salt soy sauce
50 g (1/8 cup) honey
10 g (0.5 oz) garlic cloves, pressed
10 g (0.5 oz) ginger pressed
1/2 tsp. chilli flakes
Pinch of black pepper
Sesame seeds and chopped spring onion for garnish
Method
- Add the chicken to the slow cooker.

Combine the flour, chicken stock, lemon juice, rice wine, lemon zest, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes and black pepper in a jug then pour over the chicken. -
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve and garnish with the sesame seeds and spring onions.
