Ingredients
600g chicken breasts
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
4 slices back bacon or turkey bacon
2 tsp tomato puree
2 tbsp low-calorie/sugar-free barbeque sauce
120g reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Method
- Season the chicken with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Wrap the chicken breasts in bacon. Place into the air fryer to cook for 12 minutes at 180C.

Add half a teaspoon of tomato paste onto each breast and brush all over the top. Add the barbeque sauce and brush again then add the cheese and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes.
